The ideal candidate will be crucial in high-stakes litigation cases, representing product manufacturers in complex individual, multidistrict, mass tort, and class action lawsuits across various industries.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Assist in all aspects of discovery, including drafting discovery requests and responses, conducting document reviews, and preparing for depositions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and tactics.
• Prepare for and attend court appearances, hearings, and trials as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership and good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably focusing on product liability and mass torts.
• Proven track record of handling complex litigation matters at a large law firm or civil litigation boutique.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
