Duties

• Manage a high volume of creditor's rights cases.
• Resolve issues in discovery practice and depositions.
• Engage in conflict resolution and appellate practice.
• Make court appearances and travel as required.

Requirements

• Active membership in the Rhode Island Bar; Massachusetts membership is a plus.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the default space.
• Familiarity with TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to client support and sound judgment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Rhode Island Bar; Massachusetts Bar membership is a plus.
