Duties

• Collaborate with the Chief Learning Officer to design and innovate training curriculum.
• Partner with Attorney Managers to align training with trial readiness and client service goals.
• Assess learning needs, track progress, and provide feedback to improve training programs.

Requirements

• JD and active Texas Bar license.
• 5+ years of litigation experience with trial and deposition work.
• Personal injury experience is valued.
• Proven courtroom success and sophisticated legal work.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Texas Bar license.
