Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis for case preparation.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to manage case workflows.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and legal precedents.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in Texas and/or New Mexico.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong advocacy, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload and interact with clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in Spanish (highly preferred).
• Experience in a litigation law firm.
• Proficiency with electronic legal research tools and case management software.
• Proven track record of successful client representation and negotiation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in Texas and/or New Mexico.
