Duties:

• Manage and strategize personal injury cases from intake through resolution

• Interpret applicable legal statutes, precedents, and regulations for client advisement

• Analyze case facts, insurance policies, and medical reports to assess liability and damages

• Draft pleadings, settlement proposals, and legal memoranda

• Prepare and present arguments, settlement documentation, and related materials

• Ensure legal compliance for case disbursements and settlements

• Leverage legal technology and case management tools effectively

• Collaborate with internal teams and external professionals to support firm initiatives

• Attend client meetings, court proceedings, and case-related events as necessary

• Engage in community and professional outreach to strengthen client relationships and firm visibility

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice law in North Carolina

• 0-3 years of experience in personal injury law preferred

• Experience in litigation or trial work is a plus

• Willingness to travel for case and firm-related activities

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the North Carolina State Bar

• Additional Bar admissions (e.g., South Carolina) are advantageous

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
