Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• Minimum of five years of transactional or advisory legal experience.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI in legal contexts.
• Ability to translate legal, technical, and business needs into solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
