Labor & Employment Law Associate
Candidates will handle litigation defense, advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws, and working on FMLA, ADA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and violation of wage law matters. A license to practice in Kentucky and familiarity with the Kentucky court system is a plus. Out of state candidates who are either willing to sit for the Kentucky bar exam or eligible for admission in Kentucky will be considered. Must have 2-4 years of experience. Experience taking depositions, arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial is preferred. All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
