Location:

Duties:

• Handle civil litigation matters involving professional liability defense

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda

• Assist in case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and mediations

• Maintain communication with clients and provide status updates

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to support case development

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience

• Admission to practice law in Minnesota or Wisconsin (active and in good standing)

• Prior experience in healthcare law preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or Wisconsin
