Duties:

• Provide excellent client service by managing bankruptcy cases efficiently.
• Handle daily tasks such as opening and closing bankruptcy files.
• Prepare and file legal documents including Proof of Claim and Motions for Relief from Stay.
• Audit, review, and approve all bankruptcy pleadings for accuracy.
• Appear at bankruptcy court hearings as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state laws, bankruptcy laws, federal regulations, and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility and eagerness to take on new challenges.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office software.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
