Duties

• Attend and manage court proceedings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Communicate effectively with courts, counsel, clients, witnesses, and experts.
• Record billable hours accurately and timely manner, adhering to firm policy.
• Maintain professional legal ethics and standards.

Requirements

• 1-7 years of litigation experience.
• License to practice law in California with active bar membership.
• Experience with Westlaw or Nexis.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California Bar membership.
