Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluate evidence and prepare litigation strategies with partner attorneys.
• Conduct trials and appeals independently.
• Draft concise research articles for the firm's client newsletter.
• Deliver educational presentations to clients.
• Actively participate in client-oriented activities.

Requirements

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Missouri.
• Prior experience in civil litigation is preferred.
• Proficient in crafting persuasive arguments, both in writing and speech.
• Skilled at uncovering critical legal insights and evidence.
• Exceptional at dissecting complex legal issues with keen analytical thinking.
• Effective at building strong relationships and rapport with clients and colleagues.
