Duties:

• Represent clients in probate litigation, including independent and dependent administrations

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents

• Engage in discovery processes and manage case files from initiation through resolution

• Appear in court and travel across Texas as needed for hearings or case management

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

• Collaborate with legal team members on complex matters and procedural strategies

• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in probate law preferred

• Familiarity with litigation procedures and probate alternatives

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously and in group settings

• Willingness to travel within Texas for court or client-related matters

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas

Skills:
