Hackensack office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a tax senior associate, counsel or partner with 6 years of experience with transactional tax and/or executive compensation and should have strong experience advising on tax structuring and counseling for mergers, acquisitions and other business combinations, as well as entity taxation at the federal, state and local levels. Strong experience with private client tax services, including executive compensation, deferred compensation arrangements, defined benefits, personal income taxation, trust taxation, estate and gift taxation, charitable taxation, flow-through entities and partnership taxation needed. LL.M. in Tax is preferred. Bar membership in New Jersey or New York is required.
