Requirements:

• 3-6 years of tax experience with a focus on M&A transactions.
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax law and federal taxation.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in drafting legal documents and providing sound tax advice.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and approach problems with innovative solutions.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
