Duties

• Resolve franchise, supply, and distribution relationship disputes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on international transactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in franchise and distribution law.
• Experience in a law firm or similar environment.
• Superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in global supply chain contracting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
