The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including public company executive compensation disclosures and employee benefits aspects of M&A and private equity transactions.

Duties

• Handle executive compensation and employee benefits matters.
• Manage public company executive compensation disclosures.
• Oversee employee benefits aspects of M&A and private equity transactions.
• Develop and implement tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans.
• Draft executive employment and severance arrangements.
• Create equity and non-equity incentive plans.
• Engage in significant client contact and manage responsibilities independently.

Requirements

• Minimum of six years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Proficiency in handling complex legal matters.
