Duties

• Prepare for and attend administrative and judicial hearings.
• Handle mediations, civil jury trials, and appeals.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in litigation preferred.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Mexico.
