A law firm seeks a South Carolina/North Carolina Dual Licensed Attorney to join their team in Rock Hill, SC. This position is remote and requires a self-starter with a keen eye for detail to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.

Duties

• Manage high-volume caseloads and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Utilize and learn job-related technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
• Negotiate impound lien disputes and property damage claims with various parties.
• Engage in litigation and alternative dispute resolution when necessary.
• Analyze and evaluate new assignments to resolve cases for clients.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, attorneys, and other interested parties.
• Negotiate and settle claims within discretionary authority.
• Document all activities in the appropriate computer systems.
• Adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in both South Carolina and North Carolina.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in South Carolina and North Carolina.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
