Requirements:

  • Proven experience in practicing civil law.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases effectively.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Comfort and confidence in the courtroom and with client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the bar in the state of Washington (or willingness to obtain).

Skills:

  • Legal research and case analysis.
  • Drafting legal documents and pleadings.
  • Negotiation and mediation skills.
  • Trial preparation and courtroom experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
