Job Title: Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:
A Wenatchee-based law firm is seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of four years’ experience managing diverse legal disputes. This opportunity involves handling real estate, construction, business, personal injury, landlord/tenant issues, guardianship matters, and other civil conflicts. The role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a collaborative environment while independently driving case strategies to resolution.

Duties:

• Draft, review, and interpret contracts and other legal documents for litigation purposes

• Conduct complex legal research and provide detailed analyses of findings

• Prepare pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and correspondence

• Manage discovery processes, including electronically stored information and large-scale document review

• Support trial preparation and provide litigation assistance in court proceedings

• Participate in strategic planning and negotiation discussions with clients

• Engage with clients in a professional and responsive manner

• Conduct depositions and represent clients in hearings and motion practice

• Maintain responsibility for assigned caseloads with limited supervision

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Washington State

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in civil litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation files from inception through resolution

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Washington State Bar (required)
