Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Capital Markets Associate (Mid-to-Senior-Level) to join the office in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of U.S. capital markets experience, particularly in representing underwriters, issuers, and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements, and other securities offerings.

Duties

• Represent underwriters, issuers, and placement agents in various securities offerings.
• Engage in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, and private placements.
• Advise public companies on '34 Act work, if applicable.​

Requirements

• 4-7 years of U.S. capital markets experience.
• Experience with IPOs and securities offerings.
• Experience with '34 Act work is a plus.

​Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
