Duties

• Represent clients in workers' compensation cases throughout all stages of litigation

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and other court documents

• Develop and implement strategic case plans tailored to client objectives

• Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions as needed

• Negotiate settlements and maintain active communication with clients throughout their case

• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to strengthen case outcomes

• Gather and assess medical records, employment information, and other relevant evidence

• Ensure all legal filings are completed accurately and on time

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of workers' compensation litigation experience

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar

• Demonstrated experience advocating for injured clients through administrative or court proceedings

• Proven ability to analyze complex issues and develop case strategies

• Strong client relationship and case management skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

• California State Bar license (required)
