The candidate will serve as a leader for marketing and develop, plan, and execute marketing initiatives for our rapidly growing firm. Work closely with the management team to execute the firm’s strategic initiatives in collaboration with all departments. Translate findings and opportunities into an achievable roadmap for the team and business. Analyze and recommend emerging industry or marketing trends, as well as drivers for growth, including key mergers and acquisitions, competitive threats, viability of our external partners, internal business performance, and business process improvement. Increase and monitor social media presence . Should have 5+ years of marketing experience in a small to mid-size company. Must have proven track record of successfully leading new strategic areas and campaigns. An innate curiosity and deep desire to drive the business forward is required. Should have understanding of key business-drivers and an ability to deliver solutions. Mastery of analytics and data analysis is required. Should preferable have Degree in Marketing or related field. Exposure and experience with the legal industry is desired. should preferable have familiarity with lead generation, loyalty marketing, and experiential marketing.
