A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Spring Lake, NJ. Duties

• Draft, prepare, and file motions and briefs for trial and appellate matters.
• Represent corporations, principals, bankruptcy trustees, and parties-in-interest in commercial and bankruptcy matters.
• Handle litigation discovery and commercial real estate contracts and closings.
• Appear for motions, evidentiary hearings, and trials in State and Federal Courts.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Bar in New Jersey.
• Law firm or litigation experience (3+ years).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to follow through on assignments.
• Capable of managing multiple projects at a time.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Self-motivated.

Education

• Doctor of Law.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Bar in New Jersey.
