• Drive settlement negotiations and manage multiple cases effectively.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active NJ state bar membership.
• 0-3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
