A law firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate for its Hamilton, NJ office. Duties

• Manage all phases of commercial, real estate, and creditors' rights litigation.
• Draft pleadings and conduct written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Handle oral motion hearings.
• Engage in real estate lease disputes, equipment lease disputes, and bankruptcy litigation.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in commercial real estate and/or creditors' rights litigation.
• Trial experience, including trying two cases to conclusion.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania bar; New Jersey and New York admissions are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania bar.
