A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney specializing in litigation to join their team in The Woodlands, Texas. This role offers a hybrid work environment and focuses on managing family law cases from start to finish, providing exceptional client service, and contributing to practice improvements.

Duties

• Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end.
• Provide superior customer service, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Make improvement recommendations to practice managers.
• Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Two or more years of practicing family law in Texas; five or more years preferred.
• Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
• Solid research and writing skills.
• Passion for conducting hearings, mediations, and consultations.
• Energetic and motivated.
• Highly organized.
• Knowledge of TxDoc and Clio or similar software, MS Office or Google Suite proficiency.
• Experience in drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
