Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Handle real estate closings, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Advise on land development matters, including zoning regulations and land use issues.
• Manage lending and distressed real estate matters, if applicable.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to deliver comprehensive legal services.
• Conducted legal research, drafted legal documents, and negotiated agreements for clients.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 9+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate law.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling real estate closings and land development matters.
• A strong understanding of lending and distressed real estate issues is preferred.
• Proven track record of success in a private practice setting.
• Portable business is considered a significant advantage.
• Admission to the Ohio State Bar or eligibility for admission by reciprocity.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
