The attorney will engage in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents while supporting senior attorneys in various legal proceedings.

Duties

• Draft and review legal documents for second-level review by the Supervising Attorney.
• Organize case files, track legal deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants.
• Shadow senior attorneys during Mediation, Court, and Sheriff's Sales appearances.
• Assist in preparation for legal appearances.
• Collaborate with state team members and participate in weekly meetings.
• Engage in one-on-one weekly meetings with the Supervising Attorney.

Requirements

• J.D., licensed in Florida and in good standing in all jurisdictions.
• Ability to work in a congenial and team-oriented manner.
• Exceptional organizational skills with adaptability to change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
