Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced litigator to join our team. The successful candidate will be integral in maximizing outcomes for our clients and ensuring a stress-free litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle personal injury litigation cases from initial signing through to trial resolution.
• Serve as lead counsel during trials, demonstrating strong advocacy and litigation skills.
• Collaborate with a team of high-performing attorneys to ensure high-quality client representation.
• Assist in intake support by sharing responsibilities with our talented intake team.
• Participate in scheduled, periodic on-call duties to address after-hours calls from prospective clients regarding serious or catastrophic cases.
• Educate clients and potential clients about their rights and legal options.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience practicing personal injury litigation.
• Proven trial experience as lead counsel is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory.
