Duties

• Manage all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour matters, class actions, and PAGA.
• Supervise and manage multiple attorneys effectively.
• Lead investigations before various labor and human rights agencies.
• Appear in Federal and State courts for employment litigation cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with U.S. Department of Labor and other relevant agencies.
• Admitted to practice in California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the California Bar.
