Duties

Requirements

• 3-6 years of OSHA, MSHA, Environmental, and Whistleblower experience.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Admission to the State Bar or ability to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
