Duties

• Assist with the firm's Florida practice.
• Handle hearings in the state of Florida.
• Monitor progress and develop strategies for file resolution.
• Review conditions precedent to filing actions.
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence.
• Update internal systems with findings and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements.
• Handle contested matters, including discovery and trials.

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced computer and office skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze corrective action opportunities.
• Meticulous analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor.

Certifications
