A law firm located in Farmington Hills is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to manage all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record in civil litigation. This role involves handling complex legal cases, representing clients in court, and providing strategic legal counsel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of litigation, including strategy development, document drafting, and case management.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and various legal settings.
• Advise clients on legal matters and provide strategic counsel.
• Negotiate settlements and advise clients on the best course of action.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient case management and resolution.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, building and sustaining professional relationships.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury cases.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex cases and trial litigation.

Skills:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent advocacy and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in legal research, writing, and case management software.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Certifications:
