Duties:

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including tax efficiency, creditor protection, and family legacy goals.

• Oversee trust and estate administration, including asset collection, valuation, and distribution.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Trusts & Estates law, including estate planning, trust administration, and probate.
• Strong legal drafting skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and client service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with estate planning software is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
