Five years ago, Weisberg & Weisberg, PLLC decided that we wanted to offer attorneys an opportunity that is hard to find -- a wildy generous compensation structure, free of ceilings, in an environment that would make them look forward to coming to work each day.  We endeavoured to attract the finest trial attorneys in their respective practice areas who wanted to focus on the practice of law instead of the management of a law practice, all while enjoying high profit margins and having fun practicing law.  Today, we are proud to have a team of excellent trial attorneys, each focused on their respective practice areas, who are enjoying the best of both worlds.  

We are currently looking to add an experienced family law attorney to our team. Candidates must be admitted to the Virginia State Bar, have at least five years experience, be self-starters, and have excellent communication skills. Our newest team member will be ready to take on complex family law matters, including divorce, equitable distribution, spousal and child support, child custody, paternity, post-divorce enforcement, and protective orders.
