Duties

• Conduct client intake and assess potential cases.
• Identify legal avenues for obtaining or preserving lawful status.
• Represent clients in removal defense and related litigation.
• Develop and implement legal strategies for client protection.
• Engage in community outreach and legal education.
• Train and supervise legal and administrative staff.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and admission to a State Bar (Colorado preferred).
• Minimum two years of immigration law practice.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
