A well-established national law firm is actively seeking a mid-level associate attorney to join its Immigration Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple offices with a high-caliber team, supporting corporate clients on a wide range of employment-based immigration matters. The role is ideal for an attorney with a strong academic background, hands-on case experience, and a commitment to client service.

Location:

• Highlands Ranch, CO

Duties:

• Manage business immigration matters for corporate clients

• Prepare and file:

  • PERM labor certification applications

  • H-1B visa petitions

  • L-1 visa petitions

• Liaise with clients and government agencies

• Conduct legal research and draft supporting documentation

• Assist with immigration strategy planning and compliance guidance

• Work collaboratively with attorneys across practice areas

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business immigration law

• Demonstrated experience with PERM, H-1B, and L-1 processes

• Proven ability to manage multiple client matters and deadlines

• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic record preferred

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Skills:

• Legal writing and research proficiency

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
