The role offers the opportunity to litigate in federal courts, including the U.S. Courts of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as in international arbitrations both in the U.S. and abroad.

Duties

• Litigate complex commercial cases in federal courts.
• Participate in international arbitration proceedings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents and briefs.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of relevant experience in a large law firm or judicial clerkship.
• Experience in complex commercial litigation and international arbitration preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Local bar admission required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the local bar.
