Duties

• Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests.
• Prepare and respond to motions and legal memoranda.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Make court appearances.
• Engage with clients, attorneys, and witnesses.
• Perform thorough legal research.
• Conduct medical analysis and review.
• Write detailed case analyses and client reports.
• Attend trials as second chair.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Admission to the Missouri Bar.
• Admission to the Illinois Bar preferred.
• Strong ability to write and present well-reasoned legal arguments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in task execution.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a complex caseload.
• Effective team player with a strong work ethic.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Missouri Bar.
