Associate Attorney
Duties: Oversee and work closely with support staff in drafting and reviewing all documentation necessary to complete a non-judicial mortgage foreclosure in Massachusetts. Will be engaged in related matters, including debt disputes, tax sales, actions to enjoin foreclosure as well as bankruptcy and eviction actions. Will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the foreclosure process from title review and making demand to recording of foreclosure deeds. May require court appearances and attendance at foreclosure sales, as applicable. epresent the interest of mortgage lenders and/or servicers in all stages of the foreclosure process in the State of Massachusetts. Review loan documents, title abstracts and all statutorily required notices, correspondence, pleadings and other documents. Efficiently and effectively prepare and respond to written inquiries or disputes. Attend and argue motions and other hearings before the courts. Work closely with and provide legal counsel to foreclosure clients throughout the foreclosure process.
