Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis for case preparation.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of international tax experience.
• Strong technical excellence and practical judgment.
• Experience with U.S. and global international tax rules.
• Knowledge of income tax treaties and permanent establishment issues.
• Familiarity with Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and transfer pricing.
• Understanding of OECD BEPS frameworks and related legislation.

Education

• JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the state of New York.
