Duties

• Support clients in navigating complex regulatory environments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar in Texas or eligibility for admission.
