• Manage a caseload effectively while ensuring timely, high-quality legal work.
• Provide legal counsel to clients, keeping them informed of case progress and options.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, staff, and experts to develop comprehensive defense strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting criminal defense.
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives aimed at improving client service and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in criminal defense law.
• In-depth knowledge of criminal defense procedures and case law.
• Proven experience in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
• Ability to handle complex cases and manage high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
• Active California State Bar membership.
• Located within or willing to relocate to the Riverside, CA area.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
