Duties

• Work on advanced estate and income tax planning matters.
• Draft foundational and advanced estate planning documents.

• Evaluate and update template documents and procedures.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; member in good standing of the California Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of estate planning experience.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of estate and gift tax.
• LL.M. in taxation or estate planning preferred.
• Broad knowledge of corporate matters affecting closely held companies is helpful.
• Ability to interact comfortably with clients and management.
• Ability to adapt and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to professionalism and flexibility.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications
