Duties:

• Provide legal support in family law cases, collaborating with senior attorneys.
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring effective management of caseloads.
• Assist in the preparation and participation in hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and agreements, and handle discovery processes.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, offering clear and effective arguments.
• Manage contentious matters, including those involving complex financial issues.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of legal experience in family law or related fields.
• Proven litigation experience, particularly in family law.
• Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to draft legal documents and argue complex cases.
• Experience working with complex financial issues is preferred.
• Strong client management skills, with an emphasis on maintaining professional relationships.
• Comfort and confidence in court appearances and negotiations.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Exceptional academic performance is a plus.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
