Duties

• Handle civil litigation and insurance defense matters from inception to resolution

• Draft, review, and process legal documents with a high level of accuracy

• Conduct legal research and perform detailed legal analysis

• Manage time effectively and prioritize multiple ongoing cases

• Support senior attorneys in case preparation and trial strategy

• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience handling civil litigation and insurance defense cases

• Strong academic credentials

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Exceptional attention to detail in legal drafting and document review

• Ability to conduct thorough legal research and provide solid legal analysis

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Massachusetts or eligibility for admission to the Massachusetts Bar
