This fully remote position is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in insurance defense litigation and trucking/transportation law. Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Advise clients on legal strategy.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
• Conduct initial investigations into cases.
• Prepare consistent reporting for clients detailing significant case developments.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• 4+ years of experience in trucking and transportation litigation.
• 4+ years of litigation experience in Massachusetts.
• Massachusetts Bar Admission (Required).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (Required).

Skills:

• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
