Duties

• Manage complex commercial litigation and enforcement matters

• Draft and prepare litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy

• Oversee and coordinate discovery processes

• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and counsel

• Collaborate with legal teams across practice areas

• Mentor and supervise junior associates as needed

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of litigation experience at a large law firm

• Demonstrated experience in commercial litigation, shareholder suits, and class actions

• Proven ability to manage litigation projects independently and within a team

• Strong record of representing sophisticated institutional clients

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Consistent record of academic excellence

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in the state of Massachusetts
