Duties

• Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through litigation.
• Handle client communications and develop case strategies.
• Collaborate with the firm's personal injury paralegal and support team.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement materials.
• Argue motions and handle court appearances as needed.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, settlement, or trial.
• Take ownership of files in a \"plug-and-play\" capacity.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
• Personal injury experience required.
• Litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Approximately 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Ability to manage files independently.
• Strong communication, writing, and client-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a small-firm environment.
• Willingness to work in person multiple days per week in the Richfield/Edina area.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
